General Physiotherapy
Feeling like the aches and pains won’t subside, or wanting to prevent an injury? During your initial appointment your injury will be thoroughly assessed and diagnosed. An individualised treatment plan will then be created & closely monitored to suit your needs.


Women's Health
Is your core or pelvic floor not like it used to be?
With advanced training in pelvic floor, urinary/bowel problems and antenatal/postnatal care, our Physiotherapist can help women & men of any age with various conditions.
Sports Injuries
My clinic is located in close proximity to several sporting clubs & I understand the importance that sport plays in our communities. Being assessed by a Physiotherapist post injury can reduce your recovery time, avoid chronic issues & prevent further reoccurrence.


Post-Operative Rehabilitation
In my career as a Physiotherapist I have rehabilitated patients from day one through to discharge. Often the surgery is only the beginning to improved outcomes. I work closely with your surgeon to progress you throughout your recovery to achieve optimal results & return you to doing what you love.
Concussion Management
This is an area of constant growth in our medical world. Concussion is an injury that we cannot always physically see however no less important. I work closely with your GP to progress you through the steps to ensure your health and safety when returning to school, work or sport.


Exercise
We offer 2 different exercise classes at Simone Jones Physiotherapy.
Yoga (Thursdays 1pm) incorporates good posture, low impact movements & stretches with meditation to conclude.
General exercise class (Thursday 2pm) involves cardio vascular exercises with moderate impact to improve fitness, bone density & balance.
